Reiki Infused Yoga For Fall

Just like the fall season, this unique Yin yoga practice is designed to bring us to an inner place of rooting, slowing down and drawing in reserves as we prepare for winter. We will be reminded of transition and of letting go. Whitney Schmidt of The Purple Door Healing Energy will provide Reiki to help enhance our experience. We will also be incorporating acupressure and breathwork into our practice that supports the Lungs and Large Intestine during this falls season.
